Refund Policy

LunoStack supports refunds for eligible digital goods in accordance with creator policies, applicable law, and payment processor requirements.

Standard Refund Window

Customers may request a refund for digital products within 14 days of purchase if the file or license has not been downloaded, activated, or materially accessed.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be denied for digital products that have already been downloaded, unlocked, streamed in substantial part, activated, transferred, or otherwise consumed, except where required by law.

Faulty or Misdescribed Products

If a product is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, customers should contact support. LunoStack and the creator may review the order and provide a refund, replacement, or corrective access where appropriate.

How to Request a Refund

Send the order email, purchase date, product name, and reason for the request to [email protected]. Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

If a customer initiates a payment dispute or chargeback, the order may be suspended while the transaction is reviewed with the payment provider.
