LunoStack provides marketplace and commerce infrastructure for creators offering digital goods, software, e-books, and related assets. By accessing or using the website, waitlist, or closed beta services, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use LunoStack as a creator or customer.

Closed Beta Access

LunoStack is currently in a limited beta period. Access to creator tools, seller dashboards, and marketplace functions may be restricted, modified, suspended, or revoked at any time while beta testing is ongoing.

Digital Products

Creators are responsible for the accuracy, ownership, licensing, and lawful distribution of the digital products they publish through LunoStack. Prohibited content includes infringing, illegal, deceptive, or malicious material.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. LunoStack may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose platform, legal, or security risk.

Payments and Fees

LunoStack may process payments for digital transactions and may charge platform, processing, or service fees. Applicable fees, settlement timing, and payout rules will be communicated to approved creators as part of onboarding.

Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or beta services. Maintenance, updates, risk reviews, provider issues, and infrastructure changes may affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LunoStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or marketplace services.
